Making Cheese Without Rennet

Did you know that you can make cheese without rennet? It's not going to be the hard cheese that we all know and love, but it's an acceptable substitute for soft cheese like mozzarella or feta. For this episode of the Self Reliant Skill of the Week, I'm making cheese for the first time ever - without rennet! Since I'd never made cheese before, I needed a recipe!
